I have 25 years experience working with Shadow of self. In my specific technique in my readings, we can take a deep dive into what your shadow, talk about what is being suppressed and reason why. Then we pull from a different deck and discuss ways your courage and light can shine on these shadows. This technique helps you over come parts of yourself that you do not care to be. The parts that are ashamed, embarrassed, angry, living in guilt, feeling stuck and so much more. These readings help guide you in doing your shadow work. Can trigger deep emotions.
